Who Should Join?

Any women who wants to learn how to work WITH their natural rhythm and hormonal cycles and have a community to support them and connect with.

Women in all phases of menopause (natural or surgical) are welcome:

  • Premenopause – Still having regular periods. Over 35 and curious about what is to come.
  • Perimenopause – Irregular periods. Symptoms of hormone changes.
  • Menopause – No period for 12 consecutive months.
  • Postmenopause – Over 1 year since last period. Will remain in this stage the rest of your life.

Our ideal member is someone who values personal growth and self-care. She is proactive in managing her health and well-being during this transitional phase and seeks support and knowledge to navigate the challenges and changes that come with midlife and aging.

Yes, this is a private  community hosted through Mighty Networks (no algorithms, no ads, no nonsense). You will have online and mobile access! Tonya is active in the group along with all current members. It’s a beautiful interactive community!

You will receive an email with all the details immediately after your sign up and no later than 24 hours of requesting membership. IF you do not see the email, please reach out to support@padalilyliving.com.

Of course you can, but the price might increase and/or the bonuses may change. You also need to consider how long you are willing to wait to start getting your health & wellness back on track.

Yes, you can cancel this membership any time.

No, this is very beginner friendly and you don’t need to be good with tech or buy any software. The community is accessed via the Mighty Networks online platform or through the mobile app (a link to download the app is provided). Our workshop calls are either LIVE in the community or on Zoom.

No! This is an intimate, private platform, entirely off of social media.

The Community is designed to support you and your life, so there is no set amount of time as you will have access to all the Community areas as long as you are a paying member.

Our members interact in the way that best works for their lives. Some visit multiple times a day, posting, commenting and sharing. Some members share their progress one or two times a week and attend all the workshops. While some members only attend the workshops and live events because they realize how quickly participating in a workshop can fuel their transformation.

I would highly suggest staying in the Community for at least full year to go through the 12 monthly themes and ensure that you have all your routines aligned with your hormonal cycle and stage in life.
