The FOOD FREEDOM course was developed to help those who are fed up with the contradiction, confusion and challenge of trying to eat “healthy” in a world of rapidly increasing ultra-processed “food” to overcome the diet rollercoaster of guilt and deprivation so that they can lose weight, feel confident, and finally experience FOOD FREEDOM.

Over the course of six weeks, you will learn and implement the four food fundamentals for prevention and management of lifestyle illnesses, nourishment, natural weight loss and abundant energy.

Module One

The Foundations of Wellness

In Module One, you learn the basics of Wellness 360™ so you can start to go from where you are now to where you want to be. From setting you up with some foundational habits to learning the four fundamentals to FOOD FREEDOM, you’ll start making simple lifestyle changes that will jumpstart your health.

Module Two

Food Fundamental One: Eat REAL Food

In Module Two you will learn the what, why and how of eating real food to help you sustain all of the new habits you are forming. You will also learn ways to cut back on sugar, caffeine, and any other habit forming foods.

Module Three

Food Fundamental Two: Eat When Hungry
Food Fundamental Three: Eat With Awareness

In Module Three you will learn less about what we eat and more about how we feel as it relates to eating. This can include how we feel physically, mentally or emotionally about food. This can be our relationship with food or how we feel after eating. We will fully explore the connection between food and mood and come up with strategies to help curb any emotional eating and eat more mindfully.

Module Four

Food Fundamental Four: Eat to Nourish & Energize

In Module Four you will learn about how food nourishes you on a very deep level and goes far beyond a point, an ounce, a calorie or a fat gram. You will learn to listen to your body and discover what truly nourishes you and how that is the key to healthy eating. You will free yourself from the endless cycles of nutritional number crunching, willpower and deprivation to experience truly balanced eating.

Module Five

Hormones, Metabolism & Digestion

In Module Five you will discover a deeper alignment as your new habits around food become more automatic and natural. Healthy eating is not a simple matter of “eat less and exercise more.” Often the real key to losing weight, increasing our energy and improving our mood and relationships with food lies with your hormones and health of you microbiome. You will learn the key hormones involved in metabolism and weight loss and effective strategies and food for healthy digestion. 

Module Six

Celebrate & Plan Your Next Steps

In Module Six you will learn the keys to creating balance in all areas of your life, including a road map for how to keep moving forward. As with any journey, it’s important to look back and reflect as well as look forward towards your goals. With this final module, you’ll celebrate, review progress, and make plans for what’s going to come next.
