The big Three

3 Easy Wellness Wins that your can START TONIGHT!

As a women’s health coach specializing in resetting circadian rhythm and hormonal cycles, I often start by emphasizing”The Big Three.” These simple yet powerful habits can have a profound impact on your overall well-being. Let’s dive deeper into each of them and explore how they contribute to a healthier you!

1️⃣ No Food 2-Hours Before Bed and Never After 10pm 🍽️

Did you know that the timing of your meals can influence your sleep quality and metabolism? By avoiding food within two hours of bedtime and refraining from eating after 10pm, you give your body ample time to digest your last meal before you hit the hay. This practice helps promote restful sleep and allows your body to focus on regenerating and repairing during the night. Plus, it aids in weight management by optimizing your body’s natural metabolic processes.

2️⃣ Break from Food for 12+ Hours Every 24-Hour Cycle 🕒

Breaking from food (also called intermittent fasting, restricted eating, etc.) is simply a pattern of eating that includes prolonged periods of fasting. Fasting has gained significant attention in recent years for its numerous health benefits. Fasting is an incredible healing tool when used in proper alignment with your natural rhythm and hormonal cycles. For example, if you stop eating/drinking Tuesday night at 8pm, you would wait until Wednesday morning at 8am, at minimum, before consuming anything (water excluded).

By incorporating a 12+ hour break from food into your daily routine, such as fasting overnight until breakfast, you provide your body with a valuable opportunity to reset and restore. This fasting window allows your digestive system to take a break, supports better insulin sensitivity, and encourages your body to tap into stored energy (fat) for fuel.

3️⃣ Drink 8-16 oz of Water First Thing Every Morning 💦

Hydration plays a vital role in maintaining optimal health and supporting various bodily functions. When you wake up in the morning, your body has gone several hours without water. Drinking 8 to 16 ounces of water as soon as you wake up helps you rehydrate your system, kickstart your metabolism, and aid in flushing out toxins. Additionally, it can help you feel more alert, energized, and ready to take on the day!

By incorporating The BIG THREE into your daily routine, you can start resetting your circadian rhythm and hormonal cycles, ultimately enhancing your overall well-being. Remember, small daily actions can lead to significant transformations in your health journey.
