Hi! I’m Tonya, a Utah-based Certified Health & Wellness Coach, owner and founder of PadaLily Living, mother, wife, musician, philanthropist, and avid outdoor enthusiast, who truly believes that we each deserve to live our entire lives filled with purpose, passion, and abundant energy.
My mission is to support women in taking ownership of their lives, their happiness, and their wellness so they can live every day as the rooted, supported, empowered beings we are all meant to be.
I focus on a natural, sustainable approach to living that addresses the whole person. By taking a whole-istic approach to wellness, I guide women towards more meaningful alignment in their lives.
My role as a Certified Wellness Coach is to guide, educate and support you to come up with new strategies and habits to become a healthier and happier you!
